Team Mom Duty Statement
 Thank you for stepping up and becoming a team mom. Besides the coach, you are the next most important person on the team. Here is a list of Team Mom duties:
1) mvgsa.com - Team Mom Link: here is where you will find all of the information that you need for Banners, Opening Day/Pictures, Snack Bar Duty, Fundraising (Storm Night, raffles, gift baskets, etc), Team Sponsorships, Player of the Game Certificates, Team Party info, Team Spirit Page, Game Day Checklist, Dug Out Rules (score keeping, first aid, etc) sample Roster.
2) Speak with the coach about team expenses (names on jerseys and visors $5.00 each name, banners, socks, shorts, etc.) Create an expense list.
3) Divide expenses up amongst the players and collect money A.S.A.P.
4) Order the banner, socks, airbrushing, or anything else that you need before opening day.
5) When the league schedule is ready, you can either re-do one in your own creative style, or copy the one off the web site to distribute to each team member.
6) Create a snack list. Remember, if you have a double-header, delegate two people from the team to bring snack that day. Our new Mobile Snack Bar will offer a “snack mom” package that you can pick up during your game in case you forget to bring one from home.
