Beginning with the just concluded 2009 spring season MVGSA will be handing out the Hobill/Breslin award at the closing day ceremonies to the girl with outstanding all around sportsmanship, the love of the game, the girl who shows up to every practice and game, always gives 110% with a great attitude. This award is given in memory of Desiree Hobill and Tiffany Breslin. The 2009 Hobill/Breslin award went to Chelsea Sullivan.
